I bought a BlueQ Tea Tumbler for Christmas and it the first time I used it, the inner glass shattered when hot water was poured in. The tumbler was not cold or anything, it was in my kitchen. I was bummed because I liked the design so much, so I bough a second one. The first few days I used it, it was fine. But not a week later, it, too, shattered. I have a picture of it, which I posted to your Facebook page, but cannot figure out how to post here. Seems like really shoddy quality, and I am out over $40 for a product I barely even got to use. Really disappointed. Hope you do something about it.
